Moderation rules

Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Last update: 26 October 2026

1. Why these rules

Max requires apps that publish messages from users to check them and remove banned content (items 1 and 3 of the requirements for app content and features). These rules describe how Dublikatich meets those requirements for the copies the bot sends into Max. The rules are part of the Public Offer.

2. What is checked

Everything the bot copies into Max chats is checked: message text and media captions, the author's name and topic title, links and buttons, photos and stickers. Edits of copied messages are checked the same way.

Messages copied from Max to Telegram and WhatsApp are not checked.

3. What may happen to a copy

If the check finds a violation, Dublikatich may:

  • replace obscene and crude words with asterisks;
  • send the copy without the author's name or topic title;
  • not copy the message into Max;
  • delete the copy from Max when an edit of the message or a report about the copy shows a violation;

The original message in Telegram or WhatsApp stays as it is.

4. What is not allowed in Max

The following is not allowed in Max:

  • obscene and crude language, which copies show as asterisks;
  • insults, threats and calls for violence;
  • incitement of hatred because of nationality, religion, sex or other traits;
  • discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and false information about their actions;
  • calls for mass riots, sanctions against Russia and separatism.
  • propaganda and symbols of extremist and terrorist organisations, Nazi symbols;
  • propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and of refusing to have children;
  • sale, advertising and making of drugs;
  • pornography and cruelty;
  • calls for suicide and self-harm;
  • fraud, pyramid schemes, advertising of online casinos and betting;
  • advertising of VPNs and ways around blocked websites;
  • materials of organisations recognised as undesirable in Russia;
  • other people's personal data: document numbers, addresses, phone numbers, card numbers;
  • sale of weapons, prescription medicines, tobacco and vapes with delivery, forged documents;

5. How to report a copy

In the Max chat, reply to the copy with the /report command and, if you like, briefly describe the violation after it.

You can also report by email to support@dublikatich.com: send a link to the message and describe the violation.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Repeated reports without grounds may be ignored.

Demands from Max and authorised state bodies are carried out immediately.

6. If you disagree

If you think a copy was hidden or deleted by mistake, write to support@dublikatich.com. We will answer within 3 days.

7. Storage

Messages copied into Max may be stored for a few seconds for moderation. If a message is reported, it is stored until the report is reviewed, but for no longer than 30 days. See the Privacy policy for details.
